Reflection:i agree with this quote . i think that we have to do the right thing in order for us to be something great . this what this quote is saying . we can do great thing and be great thing if we do whats right. we need to do the right not only just go for something like winning . we need to be better people  in order to achieve great things in life . 
Example: like with Dean he was trying to make the people on the team better but with everything . he help them with school and basketball and their personal life . i was trying to do the right thing. and look what came out of that he left a legacy.

Reflection: what this quote is stating that it doesn't matter how you make your happen . it matters how to lead your life . you need to lead life the right way . most of us don't do that . i understand Dr. Randy  he say that if you lead your life in a good way good things will happen to you .

Example : if you find a way to help people . later on the people may find a way to help you .or life will repay you for the things you do . you need to lead the right way so that your dreams come true.

 Education the body, mind and character

Reflection:  i believe that this statement is true . if the body is good and the character is bad then everything will not work. we need both body and character to be good so that you can be a better person .we need to think about it . we need the body to be health to feel good and be good . we need to think like if we are a machine. we need stop thinking that its okay to lie and to be unhealthy because in realty its not .
example : if you are a person how eats unhealthy  and don't run or does anything  then your body is being affect . so goes for your character  if you tell a lot of lies and you think its okay to be in trouble then you character is being affected . and later you will be lost because you need those two things to be a better you.

Volunteer Opportunities 

• no one should die alone( with silverado hospice ,los Angeles)they need volunteers to look after their patients that are in their final stages of life .
• yum yum (with California hospital medical center ) they are looking for volunteers to do interviews to patients for them to know what the patients prefer to eat so that they can in joy them.
• retail therapy feels good ! (with California hospital medical center ) they need people to help them to share a smile , decorate and display .
• volunteer tutoring childcare /mentoring for abused children (violence intervention program) they need people to help them care for these children that have been abused.
• etc ...
• you need to call the places and ask for an application and they will tell you what things they need to see like your resama .

 i believe this statement is true we should take responsibility of our body, mind ,and spirit.we always want the easy way out of things but we don't like telling the truth because we find it harder to say then a lie.we need to stop with the I'm going to be better thing because we always say that and never do it . 

example : for example like in the new year everyone says that I'm going to get fit . but no one dose it . because we say  I'm unhappy with the way i look because people tell me things. it doesn't affect you unless you think about that yourself . you give them the power to hurt you with words.but if you are responsible with you mind then you can change the anything about yourself . so be responsible with your mind and spirit and body . and you can do anything you want to do in life .

 Lausd student services 

There are many services on the website for students like graduation requirements  ,students life , student tools and resources ,college and career info and many more . on the graduation requirements  they talk about the A -G requirement and also they state at you need at least a C in every class . on student tools and resources there are many links for bully ,school report card  , and student records .on student life there are links for school menus , transportation ,and many more .
LAUSD information will help you in your life . for example i will need to know the A-G requirements to see what classes i need in order to graduate . they are things that will help us go through school and graduate from high school  and from now on i'm going to start using the links on here to help me . i didn't know about the info they had but now i do and i think it will really help me .

the goal of true education

"Intelligence is not enough.Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education." 

Reflection:i think this is a great quote because yeah you can have intelligence but if you have bad character then you wont go that far  in life . some goes if you have bad intelligence and good character you still wont go that far . intelligence and character go by the hand together even if you like it or not.that's why we need to be a CTR person to have good character. that way all you have to worry about is the intelligence part of this equation you can say . that way you can have true education .

Example: if for example you have a bike the tire in the back is character and the front tire is intelligence . if the you have bad grades then your front tire is flat then how far can you go .same goes for the back tire or character .you need none of the both tire to not be flat so you can ride or have true education .

neonatologist

 Reflection: i believe in this statement because sometimes we start something and we don't finish it . Sometime we are so lazy that we don't even start something .we need to stop the things that will make us get in trouble or things like to stop lying and tell the truth. But we are so lazy we always want the easy way out . we need to think before we do things like not listen to our parents we need to think so i should listen to my parents so that i don't have a problem later on with them .
Example:For example when a teens friends say you want to smoke with us . and the teen does it and gets sick for doing that . the teen should have had the courage to stop . and continue to do what he should have been doing which was not to do drugs .this is what i think about about the statement

Orthodontist

Duties and Responsibilities:

You might use x-rays or plaster molds of your patients' teeth to do this.

Education: Orthodontist are  a dentist that who specialize in diagnosing dental. after completing dental school, post-degree training program or 1-2 years residency in orthodontist.

Reflection: i think it means when someone is tell you a lie about something that isn't true about it. if one of my friend was telling  me a lie i would be mad because if you where my friend you need to tell me the true no matter what is the problem. if i took one of my family member a lie they wouldn't believe me no more what i say. i think everyone should always say the true no matter what is it about big or small always say the true.

School break day 

what i did for my break i had to work every day. some place i went to my uncle house for a week and i came back a day before Christmas's well he live in Lancaster it was really cold over there. people that i met was my cousin boyfriend. movies that i watched well i didn't had change to watch a movie. sports that i played or watch well i don't like or playing sports. ctr experiences help my uncle get up when the dog dropped him. book that i read i didn't even read a book. homework that i did well my teacher didn't let me homework.
